"I have reviewed before when I ordered a sample of Violet Flame, this time the 50 ml bottle. It doesn’t disappoint. I love violet fragrances and the many facets brought forth in Violet Flame. But mostly I realize I love the way natural materials smell. There is just something beautifully organic about the blend of notes and materials here. Never harsh, always deep and sophisticated. I count Violet Flame among my favorite 5 perfumes."

I'm not normally into floral-forward

"I'm not normally into floral-forward fragrances, but this is absolutely lovely. I was so surprised to find a violet fragrance that isn't powdery, and is instead vibrant and almost juicy. Along with the elderflower note, it reminds me of a cocktail. There's a slightly herbal, mossy note that helps tone down the sweetness. Overall, a delightful spring scent. Also, the customer service was wonderful! After my first bottle arrived with a faulty top and some leaked juice Miss Christi sent me a new one along with some small atomizer vials for decanting the remaining juice from the faulty bottle."

Smells Like Candy

"I haven't ever really experienced the scent of violet before so I wasn't sure what to expect with this perfume, but it's a unique one. To me personally, it smells exactly just like the candy jujubees, or jujifruit. I get little hints of the licorice smell in the background, and that really drives the candy smell home. It's uplifting and reminds me almost of being a kid and eating candy at the movie theatre and getting it all stuck in my teeth for hours. For me personally, it's not something I'm extremely fond of as a scent on myself that I want to wear, so I don't think I will be returning to it, but it has been fun to smell and experience. Beautifully crafted, as always, and lasts about 7-9 hours for one spray on me."
