RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Fragrances are considered personal care items, so we are unable to process returns once an item has been shipped. Consider ordering samples if you are unsure which fragrances you will enjoy.
*In compliance with new EU regulations, House of Matriarch follows standard procedures as outlined by the law.

We will gladly replace any item that arrives defective or damaged, for the exact same item, as long as we are notified of the defect or damage within 24 hours of your recorded delivery. SEND AN EMAIL WITH A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE ATOP YOUR PACKING SLIP to christi@matriarch.biz with the subject: DAMAGED SHIPMENT for a return authorization.
