Comfort and yearning

"I discovered this scent around the start of the lockdown and as everything went topsy turvy and I learned how to work from home and become more patient and flexible this became my favorite scent. I looked forward every morning to applying it just before starting work and then smelling the warming and softening of the scent as my day progressed. It gave me comfort and structure in a time when I needed it most."

The Longing is a nice

"The Longing is a nice gourmand that's not overly sweet or cloying. In fact, it's easily unisex and doesn't come off foody or sugary in the least. The plum and woody notes are the most prominent on my skin, but there is an underlying creaminess and "butteriness". I don't get much of the floral notes or other notes. The sillage is moderate on me. Overall, it's a nice woody gourmand that would work really well in the autumn and winter."

"The Longing is a gorgeous fragrance, sparkling and multi-faceted as a fine cut gem. This one caught me off guard. Based on its main notes, I expected this fragrance wouldn't work for me but after a couple of tries, The Longing grew on me and I found myself craving it. Like an alien flower with a sensual effect almost impossible to describe, The Longing is buttery, ethereal, lasts for hours and it’s dry-down is full of uplifting surprises."

Wow!

"Wow! The Longing blew me away. I purchased it along with Kazimi so you can imagine how blown away I was when smelling them the first time. I'm still blown away. I don't know how Christi pulls these perfumes off. They all have this unique element to them. I cannot put my finger on it. It's a perfume that I need to 'listen to' like the Japenese do in the art of Kodo. It is a perfume to be studied. The Jasmine is incredible and uniquely blended. The plum, ''Oh'' stupefying. The Longing is mesmerising. A colossus!"

Breathtaking

"The best gourmand ive ever experienced, and with the combination of amazing florals. Took me a couple tries to like it but now im obsessed with it. I save this one for occasion but I'd use it all of fall and winter if i could. Getting a backup bottle soon cuz this stuff is just too good. In my top 3 from this house. Nothing out there like it. HoM is my favorite house by the way. Originally i blind bought a 15ml, wasn't too enthused right away but i gave it a chance and grateful i did. The 50ml might not be enough for me now. This destroys Coco Blanc in my opinion but not everyone will agree. Coco Blanc is still a beautiful scent as well. My other two favorites are Kazimi and Orca, if that helps at all."

ONE OF THE BEST FRAGEANCES IVE EVER SMELT!

"This fragrance is absolutely amazing! When I received this fragrance and I smelt it, it just felt like there was a bunch of little kisses us kissing the inside of my nose. This Fragrance brings nothing but pure happiness to me! The sad part to the story is I was a little late to the game and was only able to pick up a 15ml. PLEASE bring this one back! I need more kisses!"
