Worldwide shipping is offered through USPS and DHL - you can choose the best option for your order at check-out. Transit times to certain regions (especially South Africa, UAE and Israel) can exceed two months so use your best judgement when ordering from outside the USA. Tracking information cannot be provided for orders shipped to regions of the world where those services are unavailable.
We cannot guarantee that your package will make it through customs, or that you will not be assessed taxes or import fees by your country. If you request a reduced value on your customs form then we cannot purchase adequate insurance to cover your shipment against loss or breakage. If your international shipment is returned or rejected by your country, we are happy to refund or reship your order - minus shipping costs.
Fragrances are considered personal care items, so we are unable to process returns once a parcel is shipped. Consider ordering samples if you are unsure which fragrances you will enjoy. We will gladly replace any item that arrives defective or damaged, for the exact same item, as long as we are notified of the defect within 24 hours of your delivery. If you need to initiate an exchange, please send an email with a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization.
